IN THIS ISSUE we continue the subject of readiness by presenting comments from readers as well as other sources. It's difficult to compare the lack of readiness experienced in 1950 with contemporary comments on the same subject, for the problem today appears to be quantity rather than quality. In 1950 it was both.
