If $199 is not your budget ceiling, you definitely don't want "SE197FP 19-inch Silver Flat Panel LCD Monitor" because it is analog (i.e. VGA) only unless you are planning to stick with your VGA card forever.

To my eyes, the difference between the other two that matters is the height adjustable stand. It is up to your use and office setup though.

My opinion? You might want to check out other models that support higher resolution. 1280x1024 is considered rather low nowadays.
