I dont think flash is a trouble on 64bit.
For whoever needs flash on 64-bit Debian Etch or Lenny, here are the step I followed. Like Pita said, it isn't much of a trouble at all.
I think the same steps should just work for 64-bit Ubuntu if there isn't already a nicer package made for it.
