【原创】背景介绍

本人的学习主要是在贝叶斯网络方面，与数据挖掘和知识发现相关。在学习期间，研究成果不多，倒是读了不少关于概率的故事，说来和大家分享。

先列出手边的参考文献，便于有兴趣的同好进一步阅读。

[1] Against the gods : the remarkable story of risk / Peter L. Bernstein. New York : John Wiley & Sons, c1996.

这本书在《25本投资经典》（25 inventment classic)中讲到了。这是一本风险投资、风险分析的背景材料。

[2] Probabilistic reasoning in expert systems : theory and algorithms / Richard E. Neapolitan. New York : Wiley , c1990.

其中第二章是专门讨论概率的定义。

[3] Philosophical theories of probability / Donald Gillies.London ; New York : Routledge , 2000.这本书探讨了多种概率的定义。1）classical theory; 2) logical theory; 3) subjective theory; 4) frequency theory; 5) propensity theory

[4] 拉普拉斯概率理论的历史研究，王幼军，上海交通大学出版社。2007. 中文版的概率历史材料。

[5] A treatise on probability , by John Maynard Keynes. London , Macmillan, 1921. 经济学大师凯恩斯的著作。没有仔细读。主要概率观点是principle of indifference。
