至少在西方文明之间的“嗜血”不能再发生已成为共识。
1。西方国家不是不“嗜血”，而是嗜“看不见的血”。

2。西方不是不嗜血，是嗜其他人的血。反观过去50年，唯一挑起战端的是什么国家？他们在谁的土地上打战？死的是谁的人民？
3。西方国家间不相互打战并不是他们的精神文明进步或者是从以往的教训中吸取了什么教训，而是他们觉得不划算。世界上大把弱势国家，为什么我们要窝里反？
文明要怎么发展？就是只有世界上不同的国家，文化，都有相对的实力，和平变成不可不为的情况下，才能谈文明发展。否则这个世界上只要还有强弱之别，都会是野蛮的。
在中国还未能和美国平起平坐时宣传和平文明论，那是要中国亡国啊（夸张了，但是意思在那里。）
