不要走他们得套路说Tibetan。

一定一定要用Tibet Seperatists, Tibet Rebels, Tibet Gangsters 等等。西方媒体要把汉人，藏人区别对待跳动种族情绪，我们一定要反其道而行。

基本思路应该是：

还有建议不要用人海战术。

在这个事件中中国占有道德制高点！尽量把视线集中在西藏分裂分子对中国民生进行的破坏，对中国主权的侮辱，对中国人民的暴力行为等。不要在西藏独立的事件上纠缠不清，而要争取别人统一口径，谴责暴力。敲定砖角，尽量把西藏分裂分子与暴力等同起来。这个才是主题！
