Thanks for your reply and your advises.

My problem is we have only a trafic of 14.86 GB/day,it means (15GB*31days=465GB/month)10% of 5010GB monthly data transfer what you have wroten in you home page. BUT, yesterday evening, you have shutted down our site when there were more then 800 members online, I receive more then 100 emails for this issue this morning...

Ok, perhaps I can understand it, but our members can NOT.I pay for our 5010GB monthly data transfer which you garantied,we did NOT break de rules(so far for it yet,we use 10% MAX.) and will NOT. The garanti of the services for the other customers is your responsablity NOT our's. If you do NOT have a capacity to give this monthly traffic, do NOT gasconade it and misguide you customers. Thank you for your understanding TOO.

I have choosen your service and just renewed my account last week, because you have a good monthly traffic, a good price and a good service of support...

finally, I just want to say that we obey the rules and will never break it, you must too, PLEASE don't do it again.
