Can we have a private message board (PMB)?

The major difference between a private message board and the current one is --- every one can view messages on the current (public) message board, but only those whom you give access to your private message board can view messages posted on your private message board.

The existing ‘Friends List’ can be used for this purpose, as a test. Namely, those whom you have added to your ‘Friends List’ are automatically granted access to your private message board.
