Samsung has a solution on Windows Mobile and its own platform that utilizes XML and SVG to allow quickly create new UIs without touching the underlying business logic. One of the latest Samsung touch screen phones should have had this solution deployed, probably the behold.

Moto has had a solution which requires no httpd server already on the to-be-dead Linux-Java (or MAGX) platform. It is a XML+SVG+JS solution that runs on Linux. With that solution, the UI developers are doing their jobs very similar to web page makers:) It has been deployed with a bunch of ROKR devices on market already such as the ROKR E8 and ROKR VE66/EM35.
