主题：河里有在英国买房的吗？站出来帮我出出主意 -- qianji

这套房子是3月份拿出来卖的，本来已经under offer了，但是不知道为什么买家不干了（中介只说是买家改变注意，没啥特别理由）

房子去年年初才交易过，价格是75k，拍卖买的

去年翻新过，是3室的房子，但是有个阁楼，原房主本来打算改成卧室，据邻居说基本完工了，可能只差油漆和地毯了。（邻居是一对老夫妻，住了十几年了，人很不错，基本上把他们知道的关于房子的信息都告诉我了，连房东缺钱都知道 ，知道我是ftb后还让我先offer个90k，昨天还看到他们屋里还有别人不知道是不是和子女一起住）

后院很大，大约3-4周前才装了那种软的网状的篱笆。

停车目前是street parking，不过前院有足够的空间自己搞一块出来停车。

这条街还不错，目前唯一能查到的房屋交易就是这间去年交易过，看来住户很稳定，不过旁边的那几条街就不行了，估计里面不少是政府房。

目前知道的最大问题是没有centrol hearting

不知道装一套花费在多少。

或者用电的，怎么样？

还有就是有人用过electric storage heater吗？

已经预约了下周二看房，中介还说她觉得110-120k之间的offer会比较好，我打算给105k，想听听大家的意见，还有就好似看房要注意啥。
