Sorry can't type Chinese right now. Given that

1. your investment horizon is short (2-3 years)

2. you want a reasonable return (>= 2%)

3. you're a very conservative(risk averse) investor , and

4. you won't be watching your portfolio closely

I suggest you look at market index ETFs such as SPY, VTI, QQQQ etc. If you have confidence in one sector such as energy, pharma, or tech, then pick a sector ETF. For intro to ETF and comparison with mutual funds etc., please see links below (2nd one is Chinese)

And finally, I think you'd be better off doing long-term investing in China if you're sure you'll be going back in 2-3 years. Of course you need a trusted and experienced agent, that's crucial.
