Conspiracy theory will get you no where.

Fortunately, the Chinese government is doing much much more homework than conspiracy theorists. . Yes, the west is the trying to use CC to constrain the growth of China--politics is really ugly; but on the other hand, CC has far more substance than a mere conspiracy theory. There are very good scientists from China (for example, 秦大河） in key positions of IPCC, they do serious work. And climate change is already creating huge negative impact for some parts of China. Chinese government is very serious on 节能减排 because we urgently need to do it for ourselves, not because of international pressure.
