China, for sure, will be another regional empire. To manage this empire well, we need diplomats with deep knowledge about each continent. Africa would be source of China's resources as well as product market.

My negative comments against Frenchmen came from my observation of its Northern American colonies and my stay in various European nations(France/Spain). Quebec was lost partially due to the high-level corruption and administrative mess. So was the case involving other French island colonies.
