主题：2010年1月31日 美军中段反导试验失败 -- 紫气银涛

花开两朵，各表一枝。邪恶的白色兔哥TG刚刚在太平洋西侧玩了把中段导弹拦截，太平洋东侧的美帝也要玩玩自己家的太空桌球了。当然，老美这次的试验其实早就安排好了，而且还是延迟到今年的，和TG刚做的试验没有太直接的关联。可是谁让这个时间节点偏巧就如此特殊呢，想不扯上TG都不行了。以前全世界就美帝一家有这本事，多数人就当他们自娱自乐搞杂耍而已；这次的试验，不管成功与否，肯定会大大吸引眼球，然后各路媒体聒噪，各色红白KC争吵，各只砖家叫兽出镜，酱油党震精党真相党鸡动党威胁党你有我也有党你有我更有党群起涌动，进而拖上土共的19和GBI对比对比一番，没准还要扯出军备竞赛云云话题…总之，肯定有得热闹了。

这次试验的编号是FTG-06（FTG即Fly Test GBI，GBI是太空桌球中的白色母球），似乎又叫做IFT-23/24（IFT， Integrated Flight Test ）。老美在信息公开上那是比TG透明了不少，但Y的文档做得比较混沌，取名又爱乱搞，还充满低俗恶趣味（开口TMD闭口NMD改口GMD还和小日本搞SM、P3，真TNND无语了，MDA看日本大片看多了吧），以至于老美自己都说MDA budget documentation is confusing, and it is not possible to correlate previously planned IFT events with currently planned FTG events. Futhermore, not all FTG events enumerated in MDA budget documents can be correlated with flight tests of the Ground Based Interceptor. 所以名字咱就不关注了，直接掀外衣窥内容。

根据月初就报出准确测试日期的FCNL(http://www.fcnl.org/NuclearCalendar/) 所说，这次拦截的是一“中速”（medium-velocity）目标，重要意义在于这将是CE-II EKV首次运用于复杂标靶情形（complex target scene）。此外为了增加难度，会第二次使用FTF LV-2靶弹。

CE-II EKV是Raytheon搞的大气层外杀伤拦截器Capability Enhancement II Exoatmospheric Kill Vehicle，是当前老美最新的拦截弹头。咱的kkv也在努力搞到这个质量，加油啊，人家都测过几回了。

FTF LV-2是洛克希德马丁搞的一款新靶弹，用了三叉戟(Trident)C4的第一第二级发动机，用于测试反导系统还是很真实的(详细信息不在手头上，记不太清了。有兴趣的同学可以自己去骡马的网站找去，貌似这篇里有提到http://www.lockheedmartin.com/data/assets/10006.pdf)。虽然这“中速”目标不会像白杨-M那样的高速突防，但再入速度还是相当高，一般的末段拦截弹比如说美日湾湾一起玩的那个3P，呃错了，是PAC3，是没有办法的。也因此，这次的拦截对TG来说有很大的对照参考意义，现阶段TG比较现实的目标就是拦截以这个速度来袭的中远程导弹。当今世界里，反导，尤其中段，还是老美的路线最成熟经验最丰富，整个预警、识别、追踪、发射拦截弹、引导拦截的过程都可以印鉴学习。

详细的情况还是等试验结束后再讨论。河里水深，像哭哭啼啼这样的学霸都披个马甲长年不发原创，我个小菜鸟就不好胡言乱语丢人现眼了。什么时候等各路老大学霸都出手了，再参与几句写点文字骗骗花。

This test calls for the intercept of a medium-velocity lethal object. The FTG-06 flight test will be the first GMD test assessing both a CE-II EKV and a complex target scene. Adding to the risk, it will be the second test using a newly developed FTF LV-2 target

FTG-06 (formerly IFT-23/24 and FTG 06-3a/b) planned for the second quarter of FY2009 [as of January 2008] was intended to demonstrate BMDS functionality of the GBI engage on AN/SPY-1 for GBI launched from Vandenberg AFB to perform all functions through acquisition, discrimination, transition to terminal, and intercepting a medium closing velocity lethal object. FTG 06-3a/b was planned for the second quarter of FY2007 [as of January 2007]. FTG 06-3a/b was scheduled for the second quarter of FY2007 [as of January 2005]. IFT-23 and IFT-24 were scheduled for the second quarter of FY2007 [as of January 2003], a slip from the earlier schedule for 2006. This pair of tests will conduct Multiple Simultaneous Engagements [MSE].

根据范登堡空军基地的最新发射计划（http://www.spacearchive.info/vafbsked.htm），1月22日的FTG06拦截试验又要推迟到“1月至2月”，原因未说明。这个FTG06已经推迟了好几回了，进展不顺呀，真是个好消息。

虽然老美一再推迟，放了好多朋友鸽子，可是我还是很希望能继续放下去，能延多久延多久。

结果出来了，很和谐，高空没有出现碰撞事故，各在轨飞行器表示情绪稳定。TG现在真是想什么来什么，过年好运来挡也挡不住呀~ ^_^

靶弹成功从夸贾林环礁发射，预警系统成功工作，拦截弹也成功从范登堡发射，唯独X波段雷达没有如预期般成功。红娘不肯好好干，想邂逅也没有条件，于是男女主角就这样错过了~不知道MDA是不是从韩国学了一套，通篇只看到好几个“成功”，只有一小处不那么成功，看起来明显很乐观嘛。也许，结论也可以直接引用高丽原文——美军陆基中段拦截试验部分成功。

Missile Defense Test Conducted

The Missile Defense Agency conducted a flight test today of the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense System.

A target missile was successfully launched at approximately 3:40 p.m. PST from the U.S. Army’s Reagan Test Site at Kwajalein Atoll in the Republic of the Marshall Islands. Approximately six minutes later, a Ground-Based Interceptor was successfully launched from Vandenberg Air Force Base, Calif. Both the target missile and Ground-Based Interceptor performed nominally after launch. However, the Sea-Based X-band radar did not perform as expected.

Program officials will conduct an extensive investigation to determine the cause of the failure to intercept.
