I thought the military purchase is usually done in large quantity. Therefore, the soldiers should have uniforms from only one or two suppliers. Are you sure that ONLY one guy got it SEPARATELY from that Chinese supplier?

Logically it sounds a bit weird. There should be more than one soldiers who wear the Chinese bulletproof uniform.
