Propaganda Due，or P2, was a Masonic lodge operating under the jurisdiction of the Grand Orient of Italy from 1945 to 1976 (when its charter was withdrawn), and a pseudo-Masonic or "black" or "covert" lodge operating illegally (in contravention of Italian constitutional laws banning secret lodges, and membership of government officials in secret membership organizations) from 1976 to 1981.这个贝卢斯卡尼当年还是小混混的时候就加入了的所谓共济会分堂，就是80年代初被弄掉的。当然必须承认意大利比较特殊，在冷战两大阵营的边缘。

类似的还有这么个东西：Operation Gladio(Super NATO)

比较有意思的是这个组织（整个欧洲的西方阵营国家都有）也是在意大利先被发现的，不过时间在1990年，这个时候冷战已经结束了。美国人扔棋子的速度也太快了些……
