US is bluffing. China needs to let America know that the end result is a lose-lose game while Europe will benefit from this stupid fight.
European observers are encouraging this fight in all kinds of forums. That idiot, Martin Wolf of FT.com, even said that America can sanction China by not allowing China to buy U.S. treasury notes any more... (I was so shocked that a debtor dares to treat its most important creditor with this kind of crazy strategy).
Now let's see who is the chicken in the end.
