它提供廉价国际长途电话服务（也含美国国内的电话服务）。绑定2部手机是指除了家里的座机以外，可以用手机（限两部）通过拨打特殊号码享受廉价的国际长途服务。但手机服务本身是有其他服务商提供的，例如AT&T，Verizon,Sprint等。就是说，使用ItalkBB服务的话，通信费用是ItalkBB的费用+手机费用（一般最便宜的包月计划至少40-50美元每月）。
下面是ItalkBB用手机打国际长途的说明。
Dial a local connecting number from your cell, and click [SEND].
Press 1 for English, 2 for Mandarin once connected.
Then, follow the instruction below for calling:
International: Dial 011 + Country Code + Telephone Number, ex. 011-86-10-8888-8888
Canada: Dial 1 + Area Code + Telephone Number, ex. 1-202-888-8888
The call will be connected after 5 to 10 seconds.
Note:
Do NOT press [SEND] after entering the international number to avoid toll charge from your cell phone carrier. It usually takes 5 to 10 seconds to get connected.
