story. From the pictures you can see three things:
1. The designer is not an average farmer communist leader.
2. A village communist branch will not be able to pay for the big investment. It is a period big investment WITHOUT FUTURE CASH INFLOW. That does not make sense.
3. The masons employed to build it were not average ones. I drew that conclusions from attention to details in those buildings.
