for internal corruption: I mean in terms of recruiting. Most got jobs there because of all kinds of connections. In the past back in early 1990s, many staff were sent from HQ to the HK office--do not understand English, and have no proper training/school degree in banking. All are laughing stock for the HK banking community.

Sometimes, you really want to slap some of their staff in the face when you deal with them for various business--all kinds of pigheads occupying all kinds of key positions, making all kinds of unbelievably stupid decisions...
