As more and more families own cars, the safety awareness is not well developed. Many people are not used to fastening the seat belts. Many families do not use car seats for children. Some people take it easy on driving while drunken. Some passengers take too much risk of crossing the traffic. Some parents leave their children unattended close to the busy traffic.

Hopefully as time goes by people will learn from the lessons and protect themselves (and others as well) better.
