1. China's stock market is a big casino. There is no reform such as the U.S. 1933 Securities Act and 1934 Securities Exchange Act. Those crazy regulators want to replay the 1920s of the US market again.
But this time, smart money is going to siphon off poor people's pension money, and at the same time, undermine the stability for the whole society.
2. China will experience a big slow down soon. Temporary credit expansion give insiders to sell off shares, but it can not fix fundamental problem inside the Chinese economy.
Still, nobody wants to deal with the most serious issue here: income disparity in China.
