I like your posts on 中文, and I have only read a few of them, and your posts cover a wide range of topics, and I have read very little.
your this particular post has very good data points.
but the title
“次生文明”的另类表达是不是就是“山寨文明”？
it could be emotion invoking, and invoking endless and hot discussions about what is "文明","次生",etc, and going no where.
so I would rephrase 文明 as 自然科学文明,or even 物理数学文明, so the discussion would be less politically emotional.
just a suggestion.
