In the long run, the two G-2 nations have to cooperate, JUST FOR ECONOMIC SAKE, nothing more or less. As soon as he becomes elected, he will start to be realistic. If not, his Wall Street backers will discipline him to face reality.

He is just a puppet. Why shall we care about what a puppet thinks? This article might not even be penned by himself, for God's sake.

THE TRUE UNDERLYING THREAT TO THE WORLD IS THE EVIL ALLIANCE OF HAVES IN BOTH AMERICA AND CHINA, which slowly steal jobs away from America, destroy mid-class in BOTH USA AND CHINA (check the extremely high housing prices in all Chinese cities), and enslave all the labor, professional or not, in both nations.

The biggest threat is the LATIN-AMERICANIZATION OF BOTH USA AND CHINA, mostly because of the twisted social system in China, WHICH CAN NOT TRANSLATE HIGH GDP GROWTH in the last 3 decades into co-prosperity for all walks of Chinese.

Chinese shall really miss the prosperity in 1980s: at that time, China was much more a society of equal opportunity than any timer period in the last one hundred years. It is now already a Latin American nation, without hope, with only potential instablility inspired by extreme economic disparity.
