家园 Congrat! I got half of your

accomplishment

Down from 200 lb to 185. The goal my doctor set for me is 170 lb, quite close now. I had to buy two belts this year, feeling pretty good.

I found eating less was more effective than working out, if the only goal is to loose weight. But if the goal is loosing weight and getting healthy, excercising is much better.

Still working today, will change to Chinese in the evening.
