(2) managing access to the sites, including through coordination with other spacefaring nations and entities; and
(3) in conjunction with the Director of the Smithsonian Institution, ensuring an accurate cataloging of items in the Park. Instructs the Secretary to submit the Apollo 11 lunar landing site to the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) for designation as a World Heritage Site.
看第二条，进入肯定是要管的，但是要和其他航天国家协商。再看第三条，要给登月地点申请世界遗址。这要成了的话要求不在同一地点登月就名正言顺了，否则很可能破坏世界遗址哦。
