This is one of the best comments I have seen regarding the L3 issue.
The institution of marriage is of LOVE, and also of PROPERTY/WEALTH -- which is clearly related to social classes.
The original poster's wrath, it seems to me, is more targeted toward the threat to family estate, rather than toward the infidelity of the father.
