I am truly commenting on the following phrase referred by dafemren, who is not my favorite person, so I am replying under your post.
Immediate: China is not in a position to end the dispute immediately, neither is there any realistic possibility to have it ended immediately.
End: Through what way? War, or bilateral negotiation, or a round table conference for all countries with US as the arbitrator? Too much dangerous intention hiding in this vague language.
