Sentencing of Wildstein was originally scheduled for August 2015, but it was delayed until January 2016—after the trials of Baroni and Kelly, who have pleaded not guilty and are set to be tried in November 2015.[24] In January 2016, sentencing was delayed again. [25] The trial is scheduled to begin September 19, 2016.[26] As part of the plea agreement, Wildstein will testify against Baroni and Kelly at their trial.[24] According to the Bergen County Record, "Federal prosecutors routinely postpone sentencing of government cooperators who have pleaded guilty until after the trial for which they are a potential witness so that the extent of their cooperation may be considered by the judge" at their own sentencing.[24] In opening arguments in the trial federal prosecutors said that Wildstein would testify that Christie and Baroni were aware of the plan as the closures were taking place.[27]

Wildstein已经招了，并且在对Baroni and Kelly的审判中做了证人。

刚刚过去的十一月四号，陪审团认定Baroni and Kelly都有罪。

注意这三个人都只是有罪，暂时没有量刑。会不会接下去再把Christie也列为被告，让这三个人去咬？

起诉一方是U.S. Attorney for New Jersey,有意思的是Christie自己八年前就坐这个位置。
