一个人醉着开车，直到在路上睡着，被人报警，警察要拷他。
其它枝节本来完全与案子无关，不过我被你的高见整得有点蛋疼，做了些功课，果然又是一件蛋疼经典。
老黑在亚特兰大市出事，但他的具体生活和工作信息，很模糊，翻了几篇报道，均无明确介绍。综合来看，“老婆”和三个女儿大概是住亚特兰大市，他大概之前与1千公里之外的俄亥俄州的父亲住了稳定的一段时间。估计驾照不是亚特兰大市，或者他自己对警察说不住特兰大市，至有警察问来这干嘛，他说来给母亲上坟。
翻到一篇当时警察录像对话记录，很长，比上面那个录像多很多。老黑通篇胡言乱语，肯定有真的，也有装的，对话显示他清楚自己犯事了，企图抵赖开车，说是女朋友开车送他到餐馆放下他，多次表示自己很清醒没事，能走回去。
回哪去？对话里他总共说了三个地方，1。女朋友在旅馆等他，2。姐姐（或妹妹）就住在附近，3。最后才提到回女儿那儿，这时仅有一次提到孩儿妈，美国对话习惯，孩儿妈一般不是法定妻子，所以我上面“老婆”打了引号。这一段摘出来加翻译在下面，供读者品味判断。女朋友和姐妹，媒体似乎不提了。
对话显示老黑一直明白被拷的可能，甚至绕着弯要警察放过他（“车留这，你们送我回家就行”），警察拷他真不算突然，更不是莫名其妙，就差没说“我们决定拘捕你，请你做好思想准备”。
另外，老黑英文很水，也许是装糊涂，“清醒”和“很醉”两个词似乎不懂，需要警察解释，也放在下面。
