Might be a good point for Chinese government or automibile manufacturer to fight back the IP war.
In US, a lot of lawyers will be interested to this of case. reasons: 1)The lawyer for Audi is an idoit, even said: 车展上展出的防盗技术也并不能说明大众实际上使用了这种技术. That is pretty much admit the crime already.2) A US law firm is willing to take the risk, as the payout will be big and the cost is not really much. 3）In case the plaintiff can not afford the fee, at least the Government can provide some minimal legal help from the beginning.
