可以重新开机，竟bios, 选另外一种硬盘mode. 几十M 的磁盘 有可能是老的硬盘mode，另外2种是lba 和??(忘了名字）这2种都是用来支持大硬盘的。不要动硬盘, 没有风险.

You can reboot, and go to bios, there are 3 mode for harddisk in some motherboard. The original one is cann't support large harddisk, i.e. more than 1024 cylinders. The small harddisk that you say before might be that one. The other two mode support large harddisk, but they are not compatible. You might be using one of the other mode. You can try switch the mode and see if you get the hard disk back.

If you are in the right mode and lost your partition table, then 铁手's recommendation of backing up is very important to you. Any attempt to recovery could end up damage your hardware further. If you have back up your hardware right now. You think you are in a back situation right now, but you didn't realize it can be worse.
