家园 我的逻辑前面说过了 既然骂人话都用上了，那我就再回一遍，呵呵。
家园 原来是说Alarm，我要是说我也曾跟他激烈辩论过，你信不 有理讲理，一些具体问题上可能某些ID的经历职业等等有直接涉及，导致观点怪异，但这跟五毛绝对两码事。
股沟这件事上当事人谢尔盖-布林多次直接辱骂华人种群，目前这件事更是造谣生事，掀起网上网下辱骂中国的恶潮。我是华人，被他骂了，我爱的中国被他侮辱了，所以我也算是当事人之一，要站出来还骂几句，就这么简单。

家园 好的，说正题 我对google撤出这件事本身的定性，相信在主贴里已经写的很明白了，这是在国际大气候，国内小气候影响下，借题发挥而发动的一次有组织、有预谋的反华行为。
再重申一下我的屁股决定脑袋理论，一个在俄国读过童年的犹太人，他的屁股在哪儿，他从小听到看到的是什么，你能指望他对圡共有什么好感？但这些都不妨碍俺从自己的职业立场继续把google看做一家(技术上)伟大的公司。
至于说到五毛，任何人如果在钓鱼执法这类事情上都要声嘶力竭地表达无差别支持，那么俺自己的逻辑体系只能将它认定为拙劣的五毛。并不断拍砖。因为他侵害了俺的屁股，俺的脑袋也就只能做出相关的回应。

家园 没漏看 那是说，警方用这种办法抓犯人，并非永远是无懈可击的。辩方在某些情况下可以“陷阱抗辩”来对抗。
也就是说，钓鱼执法本身作为一种执法手段是被认可的，但在适用范围上有争议。
但是，即使在运用过程中发生了错误（误抓了好人），也不会像中国网民那样去指责钓鱼执法行为本身，视钓鱼执法为非法执法。
按wiki举出的例子（如下），颇有一些和上海的case类似的吧，不知怎么个“很不普通法”。比如，让未达法定年龄的人去请求某个成年人为他买酒或烟；装作卖白粉的引诱吸毒者上钩；假扮妓女去诱捕嫖客。

家园 你这是避重就轻 不管是抓嫖客还是钩毒贩子，被抓的那个，一定是要嫖妓或者要贩毒。抓的那个，是警察——合法的执法者。
上海的事情是某某管理局。雇佣了一帮准黑社会，利用私车司机愿意扶危助困的善心，最终达到勒索钱财的目的。这个过程中，执法的没有执法权，被抓的没有犯罪的行为，甚至没有犯罪的动机。
这两件事能类比么？

家园 问题是有人就当面指责上海的钓鱼事件，认为 钓鱼执法行为本身，视钓鱼执法为非法执法。请看：
最明显是最近的所谓的“钓鱼事件”或者说“倒钩事件”。这种“钓鱼”式执法行为，不是一概都不能采取的，但是它是要在特定的范围和特定的授权下才能实施的。我们在某些打击犯罪的场合，也实施这一种办法。但是这种办法用在治理非法营运车辆的时候是错误的，这肯定是错误的。您认为这说的是不是有问题呢？

家园 你显然被这些例子的描述误导了 这些都需要特定授权，而且遵循相应的程序。稍有瑕疵，就能被拿来做抗辩事由。
