或者是为了某些目的和利益，在任时故意装着不理解。 比方英国的布莱尔，卸任后“突然”。。。很理解和了解中国了， 还夸中国及中国政府。。。
These people, men and women, were smart, sharp, forthright, unafraid to express their views about China and its future.
