新浪财经讯 北京时间7月4日晚间消息，法国社会党政府周三向议会提交了2012年预算修正案，计划今年新征税72亿欧元，其中包括对富裕家庭和大企业征收巨额一次性税收，以填补经济增长放缓造成的收入不足，并达到今年4.5%的赤字目标。

　　预算修正案显示，法国政府计划向净财富超过130万欧元的家庭征收23亿欧元(约合29亿美元)的一次性税，并向大银行和持有石油库存的能源企业额外征收11亿欧元的税款。

这一次性税和打劫有区别么？

It is a boson. But it's unclear whether it's exactly the Higgs boson predicted by standard model. Standard model is not everything, a simple example is that the non-zero mass of neutrinos is beyond standard model. It will be great if it's the Higgs Boson predicted in the frame of standard model.
