主题：【讨论美国】之:宾州转型的启示 -- 葡萄

以史明鉴，美国成为强国是经历了起伏，几次经济危机，但没有影响到本质。任何一个强国在成为强国前，总要有起伏，中国也不会例外。但中国能不能从起伏中度过，我们拭目以待。我看，在我有生之年，美国还是老大。

为什末会有信心那？

1．资源。美国控制了经济发展的资源。石油，粮食。

2．人才。美国聚集了世界上最优秀的人才。知识就是力量。21世纪什末作重要，人才。There is an elite class in that country which is kick-ass smart. They probably are the smartest people in the world. It has decent education system which would produce adequate work-force.

3.制度。自由，民主。 If anyone who ever read the “Declaration of Independence” would agree that it is such well-written and thought-out piece to lay the foundation for the country.

4.军事。有足够的军事力量来维护国家利益。一个没有军事震慑力量的国家，永远都不会成为强国。

It controls the most valuable natural resources which are vital for the economy. It has the best talents and brains in the world. It is leading in science, finance, education etc. It has No.1 super military power. It has well-designed system. It has political stability which is critical for economical growth.
