in the Mediterranean coast, Red wine is a norm and a must on dinner table. Statistics show they’re healthier than their ‘like groups’, namely, other southern Europeans that do not drink red wine as they do. Yet this is more of an empirical thing than a ‘scientific’ conclusion based on strictly defined and meticulously designed Test-and-Control environment.

Nonetheless, I’m not really sure if regularly drinking red wine at optimum level would prevent one’s skin from aging or looking aged. Southern Italians would be examples that someone will use to undermine your point. But again, too much sunshine is likely to cause Southern Italians look older… So, a short answer from me is – I don’t know!
