You confuse total utility with marginal utility. Total utility includes but doesn't differentiate first or second monthful. The satisfaction you get from each mouthfull is the marginal utility, which, in this case, is very intuitive.
2.
Marginal utility turns to negative first then followed by total utility as quantity increases.
Min/max is not necessary because they differ among cases.
Your don't seem to know much about econ, don't waste your time.
