主题:【读书笔记】IPCC究竟讲了什么?23 气候模型 -- 橡树村
One thing cited often nowadays is that given regional differences, that 2 degree warming would mean 3 degree for Africa--it is claimed cited out of IPCC.
I know the poles and large land masses tend to warm more than the global average. But don't know much details about it in IPCC.
Would you please brief us about what does IPCC say about this issue: what are the regional difference in comparison with the global average? Based on both historical data and model projection.
Also, how does China fare in comparison to global average?
Thanks in advance.
