一.B777 飞机生产线介绍
1、B777飞机总装车间布局:
BOEING EVERETT工厂生产B747,B767,B777, B787 等飞机,不同机型的生产线分布在不同的区域,厂房非常庞大,B777的生产主要集中在Bldg 40-25,Bldg 40-35, Bldg 40-34, Bldg 40-36,Bldg 40-37等区域。

Bldg 40-34
B777 Wing Fastening System (GEMCOR) 区域
主要进行机翼上、下蒙皮及桁条结构的钻孔和连接,每边机翼机械安装约40000颗紧固件,仅有少量定位用紧固件由人工安装。在每个生产区域都可以看到该区域生产内容的标识牌。
777 Wing Fastening System (GEMCOR)
(GEMCOR) 777 Automated Wing Fastening Machine
- Drills, installs, rivets, and shaves flush
- Drills, seals, installs two part fasteners (blots)
- Tack resink : Locate and line up on tack rivets. Drills and installs fasteners at tack locations
- Machine installs 40000 fasteners per wing. 10000 two part bolts per wing. 30000 rivets installed per wing.

Wing Majors 区域:
主要安装机翼的前梁、后梁、翼肋、机翼上下蒙皮面板、前缘、后缘装置,吊架和襟翼接头。

-Strut and flap support fitting are drilled and installed in Wing majors

Wing Laydown 区域:
主要完成在Wing Major 区域难以完成的工作,为翼身结合做准备,同时也是客户检查区域。
Wing Laydown
- Complete the side of body assy prepare for the wing to body join
- Complete minor assy work that is not accessible or safe for the mechanics in wing majors to perform
- Prepare the wing for final customer inspection and FAA approved prior to pressure test seal and paint

该区域主要进行机身各段的铆接和连接工作。

为便于生产,此工具用于将机身43、46、47段进行旋转。

Turn Fixture
- Rotates 43/46/47 body section
- For ergonomic reasons the body sections are assembled upside down and craned to this tool for rotation
- Sections are then returned to the assembly area for completion

完成机身41、43 段区域地板、窗、隔热棉、驾驶舱设备、电子设备、货舱装载系统、液压管、电气线路等部件的安装。

Seal test and paint area 区域
进行机翼、机身、水平安定面和垂直安定面的防腐工作。
777 Corrosion Inhibiting Compound
Wings – left & right hand
- Apply CIC to front and rear spar
Body sections fwd mid & aft
- Apply CIC to interior and wheel wells
Empennage
- Apply CIC to horizontal stabilizer, vertical fin, dorsal fin, rudder tab, elevators, forward and aft underwing fairing

3、生产线装配计划
Boeing的CQS会定期提供如下图所示的生产线装配计划,该图可以清晰地了解飞机生产线的进展情况,B777从上线到出厂试飞需要两个半月左右的时间。
