要不然怎么能成师兄呢？

其实少年班从专业基础课开始就分到各个系去听课了，少年班学生当年的特权有两个，一是自己可以选系，二是四年级可以考研，考上了就可以读，不必上五年级；没考上五年级还可以考一次。

对于大多数少年班学生，4，5年级时也都超过18，9岁，算成年人了。

That can not be called as "科大少年班毕业的硕士", because he got his master degree from other department, and "少年班" is an independent department which does not have Maser or PhD program.....Anyway there is no confusion to understand the meaning you want to express, it's just a small correction.....What's more, there is now no 5-year undergraduate program in keda although any student in keda may choose 5-year program. I think changing 5-year to 4-year program is a big loss to keda. I am sorry that I have to use English to explain all of these cuz. I am in my lab now and there is no Chinese input tool in this machine.
