I’m working on an EIA package for Regulatory Approval for the client I mentioned to you before. My partner is Golder. I’m just wondering whether you can share your EIA report in public domain with me. My interest is how much details your company provided for mass and heat balance. So far how is the progress with our outfit at BXX? I think we bought them because of their knowledge with SAGD process.

谁知道这波金融风暴能刮多久。一旦美国人民停止花钱，一旦中国政府在金融风暴里损失浮出水面。估计全球石油用量会有明显下降。到时候供求平衡或供大于求，油价回到70--80都有可能。话说回来，石油不是取之不尽，用之不竭的东西，如果国内大幅拉动内需，抗击住金融风暴，油价年底回120不是没有可能。长期从基本面上来看，我觉得每年涨5--15是依然可能的。话说回来，对于经历过9块一桶的我，现在依然是超理想油价。最近顺便买了好多超便宜股票，并计划收购一家公司，形势好得很呢。哈哈，让暴风雨来得更猛烈些吧。
