求助的就是，有哪位在北美的筒子是在大的金融证券公司工作，或曾经工作过？

接到一家银行的面试通知，说是两名学生两名考官的group面接，约一个小时。。。

我想这种全球性企业应该各国招聘程序比较类似吧，所以来请教一下，有没有人能提供点经验和建议？

PS：不知道发在这个版面合适不合适，不合适的话斑竹给我转一下吧，有经验的同学请务必指教。。。

一般来说，这类面试官有两种类型：一种是有丰富面试经验，笑容满面的。这类基本上都是笑面虎，他们经常会反复地用不同形式的话问你同一个问题，核对你的回答是否如一，要小心；另一种是喜怒无常、云山雾罩的。这类表面上比较MEAN，但如果你们谈得投机，你的录取机会就很大，你的缺点也会变得不足为道。总体上说，金融行业的工作性质和巨大压力决定了面试官的特点，我感觉就是JERK比较多。

在美国大金融机构面试，成功与否主要取决于你的业务素质和个人气质。眼界要宽一些，对本行业发展历史和趋势，著名个案，公司们、老板们的传奇了解得越多越好。个人气质呢，则需要镇静而言谈锋利，自信而充满朝气，这也不是一朝一夕能够养成的。

还有一点，英语要准，有些口音没太大关系，关键要双方能够很自如地交流。如果面试中有两三次他没听懂你讲什么，这次面试十有八九要泡汤了。

注：我根据经验所提到的面试官全是美国中年男性白人。

到该公司网站上作仔细的调研，重要的是要了解该公司。interview后，一般都要问你有什么问题。你可以就对该公司的了解问一两个问题。

总之，不要紧张。好好预习，多练习几遍，祝你成功！

根据我现在向各位讨教的结论，第一轮面试大体重点是个人能力个人经历和对行业以及公司的理解度方面，我先往这个方向准备可以吧。

I think the most important thing they want to know is whether you are good person and right fit into their structure. To show them that you are a good team player is very helpful.

Please prepare 20 questions to ask and to answer. If you are interviewed by more than one person, tell the same story of youself to each of them and ask the diferent questions.

Have some of the very detail things to tell--- showing them your personalities.

Looks like that you are new in the job market, you may not have all the experiences they need. However, as long as you can show them that you are good and fast learner, you will be ok.

Ask if you don't understand.

Don't be too quiet. An interview is a show. Show them your potencials.

The goal for me is not the Green card or money(of course,money is important)...I just want to get 3-5 years working experience in the top-rank companies and it may help me much when I go back to china to launch my career in the future.
