Forger同学还真是个实在人,知无不言,言无不尽。我有强烈的冲动想去Forger家的咖啡馆去喝上一杯。明天就是Good Friday了。我刚好要去渥太华去看我弟弟一家。渥太华离蒙特利尔只有3个小时的车程,方便的话,留个私信最好。
要买一个压棒,英文叫做tamper
咖啡粉放进去的时候是松散的,用压棒压实,体积会减小,压粉很重要的,决定有没有crema,量多少也决定咖啡的口味
摩卡壶用的tamper是平面有沟槽的这种,效果最好,平面的也行,不需要弧面的,弧面的是给espresso机器用的。

淘宝上那种连espresso都没喝过的213店主卖的东西,不要看了,都是垃圾。
能不能加个说明。

The grind of this grinder is not fine enough for espresso. It's intended for drip coffee. For espresso hand grinder, Zassenhaus is known to be the best brand.
I have never used a ceramic grinder,so I cannot say much for the one you picked. I did play around with a Kyocera ceramic knife for some time. While the ceramic blade is very sharp, it is very brittle, however. The blade edge of the knife chipped not too long after use. Since then, I've come to believe that the good old stainless steel is the best.
coffeegeek.com is a good site to go for coffee knowledge. You can also ask questions in the site's forum. Lots of people there will answer you. And they will give accurate answer too. Lots of this Louzhu said is misleading.
p.s. Hand grinding one's own coffee every day is a big pain in the butt, especially when you try to do it in the morning. I admire your enthusiasm.
